Chances are if you are here at this website you have some familiarity with the Double Wing offense. It is an offense that has won numerous conference and state championships while breaking numerous offensive records along the way. My Double Wing system is a mix of all the DW I have studied and coached, as well as a bit from what I learned coaching the Wing-T and Bay City T (Olivet T/ Dead T/Power T). In order to be successful running this offense you need to be able to run one play and that is the Super Power. Some know it as the Toss and I am sure it has a dozen different names. It is the ultimate power play with double teams on the playside, a fullback kicking out the defensive end (most of the time) and the backside guard and tackle accompanying the quarterback up into the hole. 
This one play is mentally degrading and physically punishing. Once it starts working the defense will do everything it can to stop it. You can continue to punish the defense or you can open things up and have some fun. If they try to take away one play they are opening up others. A defense overpursuing is vulnerable to a counter.
